A credit card is required to reserve all appointments. We require a 48-hour + cancellation notice for all services. Deposits will be forfeited & 30% of the balance is charged for appointments canceled with less than 48-hour notice. for both new/returning clients. Cancellation the day of appointment gets a cancellation fee of (100%) full visit charge. Tardiness: Tardiness has a negative impact on the spa and client experience. If you arrive within 15 minutes of your appointment time your treatment will end on time so that the next appointment may begin as scheduled. If you arrive more than 15 minutes past your appointment time, will be able to receive treatment until your original scheduled end time. Over 20 mins late automatic CANCELLATION and your service will be charged in full. You will be able to reschedule with a new deposit due. ( You are allotted no more than ONE consecutive reschedule)
